Adaptavist Travel Limited is a private company limited by shares, incorporated in the United Kingdom under the Companies Act 2006 and is registered in England and Wales. The address of its registered office is disclosed on the company information page. The Company is dormant and has no principal place of business.
The financial statements are presented in sterling which is the functional and presentational currency of the Company, and rounded to the nearest £.

Basis of preparation of financial statements

The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention unless otherwise specified within these accounting policies and in accordance with FRS 102 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and the Republic of Ireland' and the requirements of the Companies Act 2006. The disclosure requirements of Section 1A of FRS 102 have been applied other than where additional disclosure is required to show a true and fair view.
The Company was incorporated on 20 June 2024. The financial statements have been prepared for the period ended 30 September 2025.
The reporting period was extended beyond 12 months to be co-terminous with the rest of the Adaptavist Holdings Limited group.

The Company has no employees other than directors, who did not receive any remuneration.

Related party transactions

A cross company guarantee exists between Adaptavist Holdings Limited, ARUK Global Limited, Adaptavist Group Ltd, Clever Consultants Limited, Adaptavist UK Services Ltd, Adaptavist Ventures Ltd, Kolekti Limited, Salable Limited, Adaptavist Travel Limited and AVSTC Limited and is secured by fixed and floating charges. At the year end, the maximum amount owed under the guarantee was £930,198 (2024: £199,875).
