These financial statements are prepared for a period greater than 12 months, starting from the date of incorporation of 23 August 2024 until the period end of 31 August 2025. No comparative figures are presented as these are the first set of financial statements prepared by the company.

For the period ended 31 August 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.
