| Basis of preparing the financial statements |
| The accounts have been prepared in accordance with applicable accounting standards. The principal accounting policies adopted in the preparation of the financial statements are set out below and have remained unchanged from the previous year. |
| The company has made a pre-tax loss of £28,054 (2024: £20,134). Net current liabilities at the period end amounted to £133,558 (2024 - £122,987). As shown on the balance sheet, the company had overall net liabilities of £143,889 (2024 - £120,822) |
| At the time of approving the financial statements, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. The directors therefore believe that the going concern basis of accounts preparation is appropriate. |
| Preparation of consolidated financial statements |
| The financial statements contain information about Bayzos Estate Agents Ltd as an individual company and do not contain consolidated financial information as the parent of a group. The company is exempt under Section 399(2A) of the Companies Act 2006 from the requirements to prepare consolidated financial statements. |

| Turnover comprises the value of sales (net of value added tax) of goods and services provided in the normal course of business. Revenue is recognised in respect of service contracts when the company obtains the right to consideration. |

| Deferred tax |
| Deferred tax is recognised in respect of all timing differences that have originated but not reversed at the balance sheet date. |
| Timing differences arise from the inclusion of income and expenses in tax assessments in periods different from those in which they are recognised in financial statements. Deferred tax is measured using tax rates and laws that have been enacted or substantively enacted by the year end and that are expected to apply to the reversal of the timing difference. |
| Unrelieved tax losses and other deferred tax assets are recognised only to the extent that it is probable that they will be recovered against the reversal of deferred tax liabilities or other future taxable profits. |
