EXECUTIVE SUMMARY GOLD & SILVER INTERPRISES CIC Gold & Silver Interprises CIC is a community driven organisation dedicated to reducing health inequalities, strengthening local resilience, and expanding access to culturally relevant wellbeing, creative, and environmental programmes. Our work focuses on underserved communities, including women, Black communities, older residents, and lowincome households, ensuring they have equitable access to trusted support, skills development, and opportunities for improved wellbeing. Over the reporting period, we delivered more than 400 workshops and wellbeing sessions, engaged over 534 residents at the Black Communities Healthy Living & Lifestyle Fair, and supported more than 560 women through Empower. Her activities and Womens History Month events. We also recruited and paid 11 independent artisans and 3 Health Champions, strengthening local employment pathways and community leadership. Go Green Eco Urban Festival -promoting climate action for all. Our programmes are codesigned with residents, community health champions, and grassroots partners, ensuring they remain relevant, accessible, and culturally appropriate. By using community spaces and expanding our digital platforms, we have increased outreach and deepened engagement across diverse neighbourhoods. Partnerships with NHS teams, NLWA, National Lottery, Haringey Public Health, Bridge Renewal Trust, IMind in Haringey, and local organisations have strengthened our impact and reduced duplication of services. The organisation has grown into a vibrant network of independent health and wellbeing specialists, artisans, creators, and sustainable entrepreneurs. Their leadership and lived experience have shaped programmes that are well attended, transformative, and rooted in community priorities. Our facilitators and volunteers continue to play a central role in delivering highquality, safe, and inclusive activities. Looking ahead, Gold & Silver Interprises CIC will expand its creative, wellbeing, and climate action programmes, strengthen support for Black families, and collaborate with the London Borough of Haringey to develop a Community Health and Wellbeing Creative Platform as part of the Borough of Culture initiative. Our commitment to transparency, accountability, and community led development remains at the heart of our mission. Gold & Silver Interprises CIC continues to champion sustainability, empower residents, and build long term local resilience through collaborative, culturally grounded, and impactful community programmes.
