Company activities and impact

During the year ending 31 August 2025, the company focused on the development and planning of future charitable and cultural activity connected to Queer Minds, a festival of ideas dedicated to amplifying LGBTQ+ voices and fostering discussion around culture, politics, identity and community. Although no public event was delivering during this financial year, significant work was undertaken to prepare for the next phase of activity, including programme development, stakeholder engagement, partnership building, speaker outreach, governance and operational planning, and audience development through social media and community engagement. The company continued to maintain and grow its public profile online, engaging audiences through digital communications and building relationships with contributors, organisations and community partners in preparation for future events and activities. The directors consider this preparatory work to have laid important foundations for the successful delivery of Queer Minds in the subsequent financial year.
