Company activities and impact

The company researched and documented how climate change affects natural and cultural heritage in the UK and worldwide. For instance, heat waves, dust storms, droughts, river and marsh drying, soil salinity and degradation, and flash floods harm biodiversity. Additionally, many tangible and intangible heritage sites have been impacted. 10 scientific journal articles have been published in cooperation between the company and Glasgow, Newcastle and Durham universities

Consultation with stakeholders

The company's main partners include UK universities such as Durham, Glasgow, Newcastle, and UCL, as well as the British Museum and other European universities. It has assessed how climate change impacts the lives and well-being of local communities, such as marsh, desert, and farm residents. Over five workshops have been conducted in the UK and internationally, bringing together university staff and members of civil society to discuss the effects of climate change on their daily lives.
