During the financial year ended 30 September 2025, Warmheart Global CIC was in its initial establishment phase following incorporation on 3 July 2024. As a newly formed organisation, the company focused on research and community engagement activities in preparation for the launch of its wellbeing programme for elderly adults in Birmingham. During this period, the company engaged with elderly adults and gathered information about their needs, experiences of social isolation, and barriers to accessing health and wellbeing support. This groundwork has directly shaped the design of the community activities and events Warmheart Global CIC intends to deliver in the forthcoming year. Whilst no public-facing events were delivered during this first accounting period, the community benefit of this foundational work lies in ensuring that future programmes are needs-led, targeted, and effective. By investing in research and engagement from the outset, Warmheart Global CIC is building a strong basis from which to deliver meaningful, lasting impact for elderly adults across Birmingham.
