Company activities and impact

During the financial year, RBY 24hrcare Support continued to make a positive contribution to the community by supporting vulnerable individuals to live more independent, socially connected, and fulfilling lives. The company provided person-centred support to clients by assisting them to attend college and educational activities, helping to promote independence, confidence, and personal development. Clients were also supported with shopping and day-to-day activities, enabling them to maintain dignity and active participation within the community. To reduce social isolation and improve wellbeing, the company organised and supported social events such as birthday celebrations, barbecues, and other meaningful occasions important to clients. These activities encouraged social interaction, inclusion, and emotional wellbeing among service users. In addition, the company offered practical support by providing transport to appointments, services, and community activities where required. This ensured that clients were able to access essential services safely and reliably. The organisation also contributed to community wellbeing by offering food support where needed and sharing information about local mental health services and support networks. This helped raise awareness of available resources and encouraged individuals to seek appropriate support for their mental health and wellbeing. Overall, the activities carried out during the year helped improve quality of life, promote inclusion, and support the physical and emotional wellbeing of clients within the local community.
