Director's advances, credits and guarantees
Included within other creditors is a loan from the director totalling £4,153 (2025: £8,501) on which no interest is charged. The loan is repayable in full or in part on demand. Dividends totalling £25,000 (2025: £30,000) were paid in the year in respect of shares held by the company's director.
For the year ending 31 January 2026 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
