During the year, the company had an overdrawn loan account with a director. The loan is unsecured, interest-bearing at a fixed rate of 3% per annum, and repayable on demand. Interest is calculated on the average loan balance at the financial year end.

The interest charged during the year amounted to £59 (2024: £377). The loan is held jointly with the director's spouse.

4. Related Party Transactions

During the year, a loan of £34,614 (2023: £28,694) remained outstanding from Forrest Cabs Ltd, a company under common control of a 50% shareholder of the reporting company. The loan is unsecured, interest-free, and repayable on demand. No formal repayment terms are in place.

For the year ending 31 May 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The member has not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The director acknowledges his responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
