	Basis of preparation
	The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 102 Section 1a small entities, the financial reporting standard applicable in the UK and the Republic of Ireland.

	The company held investments as a nominee and these investments are therefore not disclosed in the financial statements as the company does not have legal title over them.
