During the financial year, Precious Stone CIC operated on a voluntary and non-financial basis to support vulnerable individuals and families within the community. The company provided guidance and emotional support to families experiencing difficulties, including assistance to a family whose child was repeatedly encountering issues with the police. Support was also provided to a newly arrived young adult by helping them identify suitable education and training courses and advising them on pathways to university and further education. The CIC additionally offered practical advice, encouragement, and informal mentoring to individuals needing direction and support. All activities were carried out voluntarily without funding, grants, or financial income, with support provided personally by the director where possible. The company’s activities benefited the community by helping vulnerable individuals access opportunities, improve wellbeing, and receive guidance during difficult circumstances.
