The principal activity of the Company during the year was the development and promotion of cultural heritage initiatives centred on the spice industry and its historical and global significance. The Company continued to advance the concept of the World Spice Museum, with a focus on establishing a sustainable and accessible platform for education, cultural exchange, and economic participation. During the year, the Company prioritised the implementation of a virtual museum model, through which it will deliver a programme of online exhibitions, educational events, and cultural presentations. In parallel, the Company progressed development of the Bounty Ship Restoration Project, which represents a key strategic initiative. The project seeks to acquire and restore a historic replica vessel associated with the voyage of HMS Bounty and to relocate it to Caribbean as a floating museum and educational facility. In carrying out its activities, the Company has had regard to the importance of supporting the cultural, educational, and economic development of the community. The proposed Bounty Ship Restoration Project is expected to further enhance these impacts by creating a permanent cultural asset and contributing to heritage tourism and educational outreach. The Company intends to expand its virtual museum operations while progressing the next phase of the Bounty Ship Restoration Project, including detailed feasibility, fundraising, and partnership development. The Directors believe that this combined approach will support the long-term establishment of a physical or floating museum .
