Basis of preparation
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 105 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime'.

Related party transactions |
At 31 October 2025 the company owed the director Dr L M Fan £224 (2024: £2,698) in the form of a director's loan account. The loan is repayable on demand and no interest was paid in the year.
These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the micro entities regime and FRS 105 ‘The Financial Reporting Standard Applicable to the Micro-entities Regime.
