Company activities and impact

The company's activities provided benefit to the Hungarian community living in the UK as well as the wider community of England, Scotland and Wales. The company better introduced the Hungarian Folk Culture to the UK and built long forgotten traditional cultural connections between citizens of all nations living in the UK. Folktone members have been organising and partaking in various educational projects and Hungarian Ceilidh's - Tanchaz. Amongst partners of the Folktone Band are classical and folk musicians and teachers, dancers, dance teachers, SEN learning facilitators, music therapists and other professionals. We made connections and started dialogues through folk traditions.
