Whilst the balance is repayable on demand and does not attract interest, the director has confirmed that repayments will only be made from surplus working capital generated by the company's trading activity. Given his continued financial support of the company, which is expected to continue for at least twelve months from the date of approving these accounts, the Director believes that the Going Concern basis of preparing these accounts remains appropriate.
