2Off balance sheet arrangements
Transactions with Directors:
A working capital loan was provided to Cosens Marine & General Limited from Byworth Properties Limited, (a company in which Mr T Primett has a 100% controlling interest), in the period 2006-2013 (Total £348,816), when Cosens ceased operating. This working capital loan was written off in Byworth Properties Limited's accounts, pending a change in circumstances whereby Cosens Marine & General Limited became active again.

Cosens Marine & General Limited continues to be a Dormant company. I confirm that CMG has not traded or operated over the previous 12 month reporting period.
