Company profile
The company is a residential management company with no profit motive. It collects service charge contributions from the leaseholders and applies these in full to meet the shared costs of the estate. Turnover represents service charges demanded from leaseholders, matched exactly by the estate expenditure incurred. The company therefore reports neither a profit nor a loss.

Employee numbers
The average number of persons employed by the company during the year amounted to Nil (2023: Nil)
For the year ending 31 March 2026 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
Director's responsibilities:
