Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
Following the total destruction of the company's trading premises by fire and the impact of the Covid -19 Pandemic on all hospitality businesses in the prior period and continued into this one the company remained non trading. The financial information contained within these accounts has been reconstructed from remaining available records or third party information.
