This report has been prepared in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies entitled to the small companies' exemption.

This is the first reporting period for the company since it's incorporation and therefore the reporting period is more than one year. The reporting period starts on 11 September 2024 which is the company's date of incorporation and ends on 30 September 2025. Future accounts will cover a period of one year unless stated otherwise.

For the period ended 30 September 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the period in question in accordance with section 476.
