The directors present their report with the financial statements of the company for the period ended 30 November 2025

Principal activities of the company

Sacred Wild Wellbeing CIC provides monthly and seasonal a wellbeing program for the community. With Naturopathic Therapy support groups offering regular workshops and classes to increase mental health wellness in rural communities of Somerset. With nature-connection activities as a form of therapy, targeted at vulnerable people that are suffering from mental health conditions from isolation, loneliness and poverty brought-on by the cost-of-living crisis in rural areas (where people can’t afford to do social activities due to low income and therefore feel isolated at home alone). The program offers a series of support groups, which include Naturopathic Therapy activities, with Practical hands-on experience, Physical embodied classes and Principle-lead eco educational talks. Such as Wild Foraging & Apothecary, Yoga in the Garden, Woodland Meditation and Breathwork, Wild Swimming and more. At Sacred Wild Wellbeing CIC (SWW) we understand how important everyone's environment is in order to live healthy and well and this means being connected within communities and nature. Our vision is to create physical and mental wellbeing within the community by creating spaces where people can gather together in nature and partake in healthy productive activities. With the aim and objectives to enhance meaning, purpose and belonging in rural communities through nature-connection by: Sacred - Providing Safe Spaces, working from 4 different sites (Woodland Tent, Garden Dome, Allotments, Wild Swimming Lake). Wild – Offering Naturopathic Therapy workshops and classes Wellbeing – Focusing on Physical and Mental Health The program is open to everyone in the community, creating more diversity and inclusivity, however, we aim support the most vulnerable (low-income and unemployed).

Consultation with stakeholders

The CIC hold six month meetings with all directors and lead volunteer to discuss the present and future of the CIC, what is working and what needs improving. Feedback from the community is also taken into account during the meeting. There is also a online chat where we directors and lead volunteer speak weekly.

Directors' remuneration

The total amount paid or receivable by directors in respect of qualifying services was £4,200. There were no other transactions or arrangements in connection with the remuneration of directors, or compensation for director’s loss of office, which require to be disclosed.
