The company has no income or expenditure in its own right. All transactions in the period relate to the maintenance of communal land. Income and expenditure arising from this activity is recorded in service charge accounts that do not form part of the annual accounts of the company and are not filed at Companies House. All service charge momies received from the owners of connected properties are held on trust for them.
