1.	Accounting Policies Basis of accounting The financial statements are prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the FRS 105 Financial Reporting Standard for Micro Entities (effective January 2016).

2.	Average number of employees Average number of employees during the year were 2 (2024: 2).

3.	Directors loan account - Kishore Dhanasekaran As at the year end 31 August 2025, the Director owed the Company £1422.90. The loan is interest bearing, unsecured and has no set repayment terms.

4.	Directors loan account- Sangeetha Bhaskaran As at the year end 31 August 2025, the Director owed the Company £308.00. The loan is interest bearing, unsecured and has no set repayment terms.
