Provision of after-school clubs and workshops to primary school aged children across the MIdlands. This work is delivered within schools as well as additional work through youth groups, Home education groups, specialist schools, community programmes and charities. We also work with local brownies and Beavers groups so cater to the requirements needed for their badges. The work we do allows children to engage with science in a way beyond just classroom learning, we are able to deliver hands on sessions to groups who may not have the capacity to do so themselves, and provide science enrichment opportunities across primary school ages and varied environments.
Abigail Green and David Reed are both co-owners and stakeholders. Regular informal meetings are held to discuss the management of the business and any changes needed for the benefit of the business and the customers. Most recently there have been discussions about splitting the Midlands into 2 smaller areas, so allow for easier management and reduced travel costs and expenses, this is currently being investigated as an option going forwards. New workshops have also been discussed and changes made to existing workshops to better allow children to engage with the sessions.
