| Basis of preparing the financial statements |
| In preparing the financial statements, the directors are required to make an assessment of the ability of the company to continue as a going concern. The directors have considered all available evidence for the company which covers the 12 month period from the date of signing these financial statements. The directors have paid particular attention to likely cashflow requirements and the future availability of adequate cashflow to the company. |
| On the basis of this consideration, the directors are confident that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence and to meet its liabilities as they fall due for the foreseeable future. In reaching this conclusion they are satisfied that no material uncertainty exists. As a result of the above, the directors have concluded that it remains appropriate to adopt a going concern basis of preparation in these financial statements and that no material uncertainty exists in reaching this conclusion. |

| Turnover represents annual signing on fees, monthly subscriptions from players to cover game and Club costs, sponsorship for kits and net fundraising costs after related event expenditure. Turnover reported is excluding value added tax. |
| Revenue is recognised at the following:- |
| Signing on fees - at the point a player signs on for the season which commences 1 September each year and runs concurrently to 31 August the following year. This is the traditional football season. |
| Monthly subscriptions - due at the beginning of the month for the month ahead. |
| Sponsorship for kits - when received. |
| Net fund raising costs - on receipt of all monies due less all related event expenditure whether paid or not. |

| In order to assist you to fulfil your duties under the Companies Act 2006, we have prepared for your approval the financial statements of Sporting Club Pass+Move for the year ended 31 August 2025 which comprise the Income Statement, Balance Sheet and the related notes from the company's accounting records and from information and explanations you have given us. |
