1. Employees

The average number of employees during the year was 2 (2025: 3).

2. General Information And Basis Of Accounting

The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 105 The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime.

In the prior year, the financial statements were prepared in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 102 Section 1A. The company has transitioned to FRS 105 in the current year.

The transition to FRS 105 has not had a material impact on the financial position or performance of the company.

The company is a private company limited by shares and registered in England and Wales. It was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
