KR Fitness C.I.C. continued to grow and expand its inclusive fitness opportunities across the community, supporting people of all ages and abilities to improve strength, mobility, confidence, wellbeing and independence. One of our key projects this year was delivering an 8-week partnership project with Tailored Leisure, providing adaptive fitness opportunities designed to make physical activity more accessible and inclusive. The program supported participants through movement, exercise and wellbeing activities while encouraging participation and confidence building. Alongside project delivery, KR Fitness C.I.C. continued to provide: Adaptive and inclusive fitness sessions Community-based fitness opportunities Personal training and small group sessions Inclusive sports activities Seated exercise and rehabilitation-based fitness Disability awareness and accessibility support Community wellbeing opportunities Throughout 2025, we continued building partnerships and expanding opportunities across the North East, helping more individuals access fitness and sport regardless of disability, health background or starting point. KR Fitness C.I.C. remains committed to continuing community adaptive fitness, inclusive sport and wellbeing opportunities further into the future as we continue developing new projects and expanding our impact.
