• The members have not required the Company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the financial year in accordance with section 476;

Advances

The directors loan account is repayable on demand, and interest has been charged on overdrawn balance exceeding £10,000 at the official HMRC rates.

At 1 September 2024 the balance owed from the director was £1,702. During the year, the company made advances to the director amounting to £6,316 and received repayments of £4,497 leaving a balance due from the director of £3,521 at 31 August 2025.

At 1 September 2023 the balance owed from the director was £nil. During the year, the company made advances to the director amounting to £3,337 and received repayments of £1,635 leaving a balance due from the director of £1,702 at 31 August 2024.
