COMMUNITY INTEREST ANNUAL REPORT

BOOTIFUL MINDS COMMUNITY INTEREST COMPANY

Company Number: 15089659 (England and Wales)

Year Ending: 31 August 2025

Company activities and impact

The company runs a local Market/car boot sale and drop in centre which we are now operating into its second year. Many members of the community have participated which is helping to boost their confidence and well being. The project has provided work experience opportunities and improved community relations and social cohesion by creating an enhanced sense of belonging and inclusion of people with mental health issues. After just one year of working within the community we have also helped local participants to earn money by setting up their own small business. We have gained a firm standing in the local area as a market where items are affordable and can be purchased by families on low incomes. We have advocated the awareness of the amount of waste going to landfill sites by promoting the recycling of second hand clothes/goods while providing the community with an affordable source of good quality clothes/goods and food.
