3. Fixed investments

On 4 November 2024, the company acquired the entire share capital of Dynamic-Materials Group Limited through a share for share exchange. On 31 December 2024, the company transferred the entire issued share capital of Bomanton US Holdings Inc to Bomanton US Group Holdings Inc via a capital reduction demerger.
