Balance sheet statements

For the year ending 31 August 2025 the company was entitled to exemption under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

Company activities and impact

Fluff and Flock Rescue CIC manage the rescue, rehabilitation and re homing of cats, ferrets, rabbits and small farm animals including sheep and chickens. The rescue started operating September of 2024. During the financial year 2024-2025, the rescues activities have benefited the community in the following ways: - Rescued over 100 cats, 300 chickens and ducks and 11 other animals - Funded over £15000 in vets bills covering emergency surgeries and neutering operations, ending the suffering of many animals and reducing the number of unwanted stray animals in our community. - Provided legally compliant chips to all required animals within the rescues care - Rehomed over 300 animals - Reunited lost animal within our community
