Company activities and impact

Our events always provide a special opportunity for the wider community to gain insight into our work, our values, and everything we build together. These occasions are more than simple programs they are meeting points where we can celebrate our important milestones, traditions, and shared achievements. It is important to us that every visitor can experience the openness, inclusiveness, and warm atmosphere that characterise our community. A key element of our events is the positive impact of community strength: shared experiences, collaborative work, and mutual attention create meaningful connections that strengthen our sense of belonging in the long term. People of all ages can find their place during our events and are encouraged to take an active part in the celebrations. In our camps, both parents and children can join the activities. The successes of working together not only strengthen family bonds but also contribute to children’s social, cultural, and intellectual development. Through shared experiences, children learn the joy of cooperation, while their confidence, creativity, and sense of community continue to grow. Parents, meanwhile, become more connected to one another and to the wider community, taking an active role in their children’s experiences and development. Our events are therefore not just programs, but meaningful experiences that bring us together, strengthen our community, and ensure that every participant returns home enriched with memories, connections, and shared moments. Throughout the entire year, at Kerek Egy Esztendo we consider it essential to maintain active relationships with other communities. We believe in supporting one another, sharing experiences and creating opportunities for collective enrichment through meaningful, shared moments. These connections strengthen our sense of belonging and allow us to build bridges between different groups, cultures and generations. We also place great importance on ensuring that children outside our immediate community can benefit from our knowledge and experience. By offering them opportunities to participate in our programmes, we help develop their skills while deepening their unique connection to their own cultural heritage. Through shared activities, learning experiences and community engagement, children grow socially, intellectually and emotionally, while gaining a richer understanding of their cultural identity. For us, collaboration, mutual support and shared experiences are not occasional additions they are the foundation of our work and the key to building a strong, inclusive and culturally grounded community.
