1. Basis of preparation

The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and FRS 105 The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime.

2. Employee numbers

The average number of persons employed by the company during the period amounted to Nil.

3. Company information

The company is a private company limited by shares, registered in England and Wales. The address of the registered office is Sharons Shed, Unit 1 25 Lord Street, Gainsborough.

For the period ending 30 April 2026 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
