The loan is unsecured, interest free and repayable on demand.
A dividend was declared subsequent to the year end and within nine months of the reporting date and
was applied in full settlement of the outstanding balance. Accordingly, no corporation tax charge arises
under section 455 Corporation Tax Act 2010 in respect of this balance.
