Guarantees
Contingent Liability
The company has guaranteed a loan of £30,000 made in 2018 by the Philip Wills Memorial Fund to the Cotswold Gliding Club, the tenant of Aston Down Farms Ltd. The loan is repayable over 10 years in equal monthly instalments. The Club has made repayments as scheduled. The balance of the loan at 30th September 2025 was £9,000. It is not expected the guarantee will be called upon during the period of the loan.
