These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

Directors advances, credits and guarantees
During the year the company made advances to Mr S J Lloyd, a director, totalling £130,539. Repayments of £104,580 were made by 31 August 2025 and so the balance outstanding at the year end was a debit of £81,762 (2024 £55,803 debit balance). The balance on the director's loan account for Miss L Webster was nil at year end (2024 £55,803 debit balance). Where applicable, interest is charged on overdrawn loan accounts at the official HMRC rates.
