Capital Commitments
On 20 December 2024, the company refinanced its existing borrowing by repaying in full the £131,000 loan outstanding with MS Lending Group. The associated fixed charge was subsequently discharged. Concurrently, the company entered into a new interest-only mortgage agreement with MFS Lending for £113,750, repayable over a 10-year term.

Turnover Recognition:
The company operates central payroll and administrative functions on behalf of connected group undertakings. Employment costs incurred in relation to subsidiary companies are recharged at cost and recognised within turnover.
Employees working within subsidiary undertakings are employed directly by those entities notwithstanding payroll processing being undertaken centrally by the company.
