1.	Accounting policies

	Statutory information
	The company is a private company limited by shares and registered in England and Wales. The company's registered number and registered office address can be found on the Company Information page.

	Basis of preparation
	The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 102, the financial reporting standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland (as applied to small entities by section 1A of the standard).

	Turnover policy
	Turnover represents net invoiced property rentals and services, excluding value added tax where applicable.

	Current taxation
	Current tax is recognised on taxable profit for the current and past periods. Current tax is measured at the amounts of tax expected to pay or recover using the tax rates and laws that have been enacted or substantively enacted at the reporting date.

	Investment property
	Investment property, which is property held to earn rentals and/or for capital appreciation, is initially recognised as cost, which includes the purchase cost and any directly attributable expenditure. Subsequently one of the properties is measured at fair value at the reporting end date. The surplus or deficit on revaluation is the recognised in the profit and loss account.

Other creditors less than one year includes the following; Berkeley Square Foods Ltd £460,290 (2024: £472,990), CND World Ltd £9,163 (2024: Nil), Malda Holdings Ltd £38,884 (2024: Nil), the directors' current account balance of £104,909 (2024: £221,707). Other creditors over the one year relates to directors' current account balance of £743,872 (2024: £460,000).

Related party transactions

Other debtors of £13,842 (2024: £16,000) relates to CND Universal Ltd.
