During the period, Mortimer Music Live CIC worked jointly with Mortimer Village Partnership to organise a highly successful 11th village Fun Day, with a music concert in the evening. Alongside this, we continued to offer support to other local organisations, and to the local performing arts scene in Mortimer and local West Berkshire areas. In particular we supported the Burghfest 2024 event in Burghfield organised by Burghfield Santas, raising funds for Thames Valley Air Ambulance, the MVP Fun Day and the Remembrance Day service, with the provision of audio equipment and personnel. We also began work to support Burghfest 2025 and the 2026 Transport Through The Ages event.
Stakeholders include the members and, more generally, the public - principally the residents of Mortimer, Burghfield and the surrounding areas - have been engaged via social media. In particular consultations have taken place with Mortimer Village Partnership, the Transport Through The Ages committee and Burghfield Santas.
