DIRECTORS' REPORT For the year ended 31 August 2025 The Director presents their report and the financial statements of Fazamnesty UK CIC for the year ended 31 August 2025. Principal Activity Fazamnesty UK CIC is a Community Interest Company established to reduce knife crime, improve community safety, and support young people and local communities across England. The company delivers community outreach programmes, weapons surrender initiatives, educational workshops, bleed control training, community patrols, and partnership projects with local authorities, police services, schools, and community organisations. Community Interest Statement During the year, the company continued to deliver activities that benefited the wider community through violence prevention, public safety awareness, and positive engagement with young people. The company carried out community patrols, knife crime awareness initiatives, bleed control training sessions, educational workshops, and weapons amnesty operations. These activities helped to: Improve public awareness of knife crime and its consequences. Increase access to lifesaving bleed control training. Support the removal of weapons from communities. Strengthen relationships between residents, local businesses, community groups, police, and local authorities. Provide positive pathways for young people through volunteering, training, and employment opportunities. Financial Review The company reported a surplus for the year and maintained positive reserves at the year end. Funds received during the year were applied towards the company's community benefit activities and operational costs in support of its objectives. Future Developments The company intends to continue expanding its community outreach activities, educational programmes, and violence reduction initiatives.   • 1. Accounting policies

    Basis of measurement and preparation

    These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A (Small Entities) of Financial Reporting Standard 102

    Turnover policy

    Turnover represents income receivable during the year from the provision of services, workshops, grants and donations. Income is recognised when the company becomes entitled to receive it and the amount can be measured reliably.

    Tangible fixed assets depreciation policy

    Tangible fixed assets are stated at cost less accumulated depreciation and accumulated impairment losses. Depreciation is provided at rates calculated to write off the cost of each asset over its expected useful life as follows: Computer equipment – 3 years straight line Fixtures, fittings and equipment – 3 to 5 years straight line

    Valuation information and policy

    Assets are recognised at historical cost less any depreciation where applicable. Cash at bank is stated at the amount held by the company at the balance sheet date. Tangible fixed assets are included at cost less accumulated depreciation.
