Providing education and training services to children and adults. Working with unemployed adults to re-train and enter the labour market. During the year, the company supported unemployed people with advice, guidance, skills training and employability support, helping participants improve their job prospects and contribute positively to the local community.
Stakeholders include the local authority and members of the local community. We regularly consult the local community regarding our projects and actively involve community members in the planning process. During the year, stakeholders continued to express interest in the funded training opportunities, particularly IT skills, employability support and career development. We used this feedback to shape our training and guidance services.
