Directions For Men continue to provide men's mental health peer support groups and activities in two specific locations, Warrington and Northwich. These groups are both well established and well attended. Our facilitators provide opportunities for men affected by mental health difficulties and isolation to meet other men who have suffered similar challenges. They build strong bonds an friendships through shared experiences and support each other to overcome their difficulties.
Stakeholders play a strong role in our organisation. Participants become facilitators and facilitators lead groups. All our facilitators are past members. We consistently and constantly seek feedback from participants and undertake regular consultation questionnaires to ensure we are meeting our participants needs.
