Company activities and impact

Project SHE – 2025 Impact Report Project SHE continues to provide affordable and accessible physical, mental health, rehabilitation and wellbeing support for women and girls within their local communities across Cheshire, Merseyside and Greater Manchester. Our Impact in 2025 - Delivered free and low-cost community sessions each week supporting women and girls through movement, rehabilitation, education and wellbeing initiatives. - Expanded our women’s health education programme through the introduction of Strong & Supported workshops, educating women, girls and sports teams on the importance of correctly fitted sports bras, breast health, performance and confidence in sport and exercise. - Introduced free Scar Skills workshops for women following C-sections, helping women better understand scar recovery, rehabilitation, mobility and self-management techniques following birth. - Continued to provide accessible rehabilitation-focused exercise sessions supporting postnatal recovery, strength, mobility and long-term physical health. - Supported hundreds of women and girls through community-based sessions focused on physical activity, education, confidence and wellbeing. - Delivered dedicated mental health and peer support opportunities both online and in person, helping reduce isolation and improve confidence and social connection. - The majority of participants reported they would not have accessed similar support if there had been a higher financial barrier, reinforcing the importance of affordable community provision. - Participants consistently reported improved confidence, increased knowledge around women’s health, and positive impacts on both physical and mental wellbeing after attending sessions and workshops. Through its expanding services, Project SHE remains committed to improving access to evidence-informed women’s health education, rehabilitation and community support, ensuring women and girls feel informed, supported and empowered at every stage of life.
