The company is a Right to Manage Company, Limited by Guarantee.
Patrick G Martin Esq and Robert S Hewitt were both members at year end but have since stepped down. Mr Christoher J F Hope is the current member at the date these accounts are signed. The members confirmed that if the company is wound up whilst they are a member, or within one year after they cease to be a member, they will contribute to the assets of the company as may be required for:
- payments of debts and liabilities of the company contracted before they cease to be a member, and
- payments of costs, charges and expenses of winding up, and
- adjustment of the rights of the contributors among themselves,
not exceeding the Amount Guaranteed of £1 each.
The company holds £1,621 (2024 £1,766) of leaseholders service charge funds, included in current liabilities. The service charge fund is used to cover insurance, bank fees, and the maintenance and repair costs of 47 Millers Road, Brighton BN1 5NQ.
The director is also a member of the company.
