Company activities and impact

316 The Well is a CIC that has been set up by experienced music producers to address current social issues through music. We aim to build infrastructure in Birmingham to make the city the capital of gospel music. We support and grow the gospel music scene in Birmingham to celebrate the heritage of gospel music that was brought to this country through the Windrush generation and those who left the Caribbean in search of a new and prosperous future in the 1950s and ‘60s, coupled with new developments of the younger British generation's influence on gospel music.
