These financial statements for the year ended 31 August 2025 are the first financial statements that comply with FRS 105 “The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime” (FRS 105).

The company transitioned from FRS 102 “The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland” (FRS 102) and the disclosure requirements of Section 1A of FRS 102 to FRS 105 on 1 September 2023, which is the start of the comparative period. The last financial statements prepared under FRS 102 and the disclosure requirements of Section 1A of FRS 102 were prepared for the year ended 31 August 2024.

The transition from FRS 102 to FRS 105 resulted in no changes to the company’s reserves at 1 September 2023, no changes to the balance sheet as at 31 August 2024 and no changes to the profit and loss account for the year ended 31 August 2024.
