| Investment property is shown at most recent valuation. Any aggregate surplus or deficit arising from changes in fair value is recognised in profit or loss. |
| Going concern |
| The company meets its day to day working capital requirements through the support of the directors and shareholders of the company and have provided a letter of support for the twelve months following the signature date of these financial statements. On this basis, the directors consider it appropriate to prepare the financial statements on the going concern basis. |
