Directors advances, credits and guarantees
During the year the company made interest-free advances to a director amounting to £5,312. Amounts of £4,000 were repaid by way of dividend credited during the year and the remaining balance of £1,312 was repaid after the year end. All balances were interest-free, unsecured and repayable on demand. No amounts were written off or waived.
