Directors advances, credits and guarantees
During the financial year, the balances relating to the subsidiary company, T&H Invest Ltd, were transferred to Data Intelligence Holdings Ltd, as the directors proposed to close/dissolve T&H Invest Ltd. Accordingly, all relevant balances and transactions have been incorporated into Data Intelligence Holdings Ltd in preparation for the proposed closure of the subsidiary company.
