At 1 September 2024 the directors owed the company £2,707. During the year advances of £106,522 were made to the directors and repayments of £94,628 were credited to the directors current account. The amounts due to the company at the year end was £14,601.

Overdrawn directors' current accounts were repaid in April 2026.

No interest is charged on the directors' current accounts which are considered to be repayable on demand.

For the year ended 31 August 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the year in question in accordance with section 476.
